1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Lotto Plus Raffle platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use this service.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Lotto Plus Raffle, you must:

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be a resident of Ontario, Canada
  • Not be excluded from gaming activities
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

3. License Information

This raffle is conducted under license RAF1500459, issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), valid from December 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026.

4. Ticket Purchases

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. Tickets are valid for all draws within the Raffle Series. Ticket sales close 45 minutes before each draw time.

5. Draws and Prizes

All draws are conducted using a random number generator system. Winners are selected at random from all valid tickets. Prize distribution follows the 50/50 format for the Grand Finale, with separate prize pools for Series draws. Selected winners must correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question without mechanical or electronic assistance before receiving their prize.

6. Claiming Prizes

Winners must claim prizes within 90 days of the draw date. Valid government-issued identification and proof of ticket ownership are required. Prizes not claimed within the 90-day period will be forfeited in accordance with AGCO regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Lotto Plus Raffle is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or errors that may affect ticket purchases or draw results. We reserve the right to cancel or modify draws in the event of technical difficulties or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
