The Protocols

The Lotto Plus Raffle Series is conducted under license RAF1500459, valid from December 1, 2025 to August 31, 2026, issued by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be a resident of Ontario, Canada

• Must not be excluded from participating in gaming activities

• Employees and immediate family members of the organizer are not eligible

• Spring Series #1: April 15, 2026 at 1:30 PM (Draw at 2:00 PM)

• Spring Series #2: May 20, 2026 at 1:30 PM (Draw at 2:00 PM)

• Summer Series: June 24, 2026 at 1:30 PM (Draw at 2:00 PM)

• 50/50 Grand Finale: August 15, 2026 at 1:30 PM (Draw at 2:15 PM)

• The Introduction: 5 tickets for $10

• The Selection: 20 tickets for $20

• The Prestige Collection: 100 tickets for $40

Ticket sales close 45 minutes before each draw time.

All draws are conducted using a random number generator system. Winners are selected at random from all valid tickets sold. Results are posted on the Laureates page within 24 hours of each draw.

The 50/50 Grand Finale distributes 50% of the total pool to the winner, with the remaining 50% allocated to community impact initiatives. Series draws have separate prize pools as announced prior to each draw.

Winners will be notified via email and must claim prizes within 90 days of the draw date. Valid government-issued identification and proof of ticket ownership are required. Prizes not claimed within the 90-day period will be forfeited in accordance with AGCO regulations.

As required by AGCO regulations, selected winners must correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question without mechanical or electronic assistance before receiving their prize. Failure to answer correctly will result in forfeiture of the prize.
